Me Mireille Nana, Founding Lawyer

Before practicing for MLT Attorneys, Mireille Lavie Nana has practiced as a lawyer in civil and commercial litigation and corporate financing in a renowned law firm in Montreal for almost two (2) years and has an independent business attorney for three (3) years. She practiced corporate law in firms and companies for 5 years in France.

Me Nana values client satisfaction, integrity and respect in her business relationships. Most of her clients consider her as a business partner both for the choice of the legal form of their enterprise, the negotiation of their contract, as well as their representation and defense of their interests before competent courts.

Adventurous in nature with love for traveling, she combines her passion for airplanes with the assistance needs of SMEs in aeronautical field to define the niche practice are of the firm.

Edynne Grand-Pierre, Law intern

Ms. Edynne Grand-Pierre has been completing her articling at MLT Avocats since February 2023 and she is involved in real estate and corporate law files, including, but not limited to, the transfer of shares and assets, incorporation, merger, or dissolution of companies, as well as in commercial litigation. Ms. Grand-Pierre is a good listener and is highly motivated, which allows her, alongside a lawyer, to assist clients in international cases. Ms. Grand-Pierre is open-minded and determined to deepen her knowledge and rigorously represent the interests of the clients.

Before joining MLT Avocats, Ms. Grand-Pierre worked for various organizations promoting the defense of individual rights, which has earned her commitment, authenticity, optimism, and her marked interest in finding appropriate solutions for client’s inquiries.

Nawaal Noémie Onadja, Paralegal

Ms. Onadja joined MLT Attorneys team in February 2023 and assists the firm as a paralegal in business and real estate law.

Currently a student completing her law certificate as part of the professional training program offered by the Quebec Bar School, she aspires to practice in the field of corporate law, which allows her to be involved in cases where she is required to evaluate with lawyers, strategies offered to clients.

Prior to joining our team, Ms. Onadja worked two (2) years in a law firm specialized in family law as a legal assistant. She has therefore gain good command of legal procedure that allows her to support lawyers of the office in civil and commercial litigation. Defines as a warm and caring person, Ms. Onadja guides clients to the right resources.

Ms. Onadja has also been involved in the Business Law Clinic as a volunteer since 2021 and draft in regular bases articles on the matter of bankruptcy and insolvency. She enjoys discovering new landscapes through her travels and is passionate about discoveries and cooking. Ms. Onadja also has an interest with natural cosmetic’s products.
